Esmé is from our "foreign language" name dam line. She is a very dairy individual, exhibiting lots of space in between her ribs, a long dairy neck, and loose and pliable skin. Her fore udder displays much extension up to the barrel, and both the fore and rear udder attachments are strong. Esmé was an awkward young milker, but is really coming into herself as a 4-year-old.
